Works are now fully complete and legacy tower for Telford homes. 181 mixed tenure residential units and penthouses. Works included ceramic & porcelain tiles, large communal floors, illuminated penthouse corridors and an extremely impressive concierge area. The concierge consisted of large format 120x60cm marble effect porcelain mechanically fixed onto wedi board over 5 meters high with mitred junctions and bulkheads.
